I am a WWF One Planet Leader, trained with the best sustainability management tools and practices, committed to contribute to a meaningful change in our business lives… I cumulate seventeen years of solid international experience in marketing, sponsorship and management across the worlds of media, sport and entertainment and CSR, working with brands from both rights holder and agency perspectives. I was Head of Sponsorship and Experiential Marketing for Aegis Media in London. My previous experiences are a combined expertise of Media and Marketing agency having worked for print (Hachette Group), global TV (EuroNews, BBC World, Arte) and Carat in France on brand sponsorship strategies.

A few other things: I have a real passion for meaningful change, I completed a Triathlon and various outdoor sport competitions (cross country ski, running and even road bike!) Also, I am great sailing fan!

Working as Project Manager at Blueshift, Jordan discovered the potential of sustainability within business while working as CSR coordinator for European projects at Chiquita, a multinational fruit company.

Passionate about meeting people and cultural experiences, Jordan lived in France, the Caribbean, Spain, and Switzerland, working with small and big companies. With cross-disciplinary skills in marketing, communications and sustainable development, he adds a relevant business and marketing dimension to sustainability.

He believes in unconventional thinking and is convinced that with a good philosophy come great actions.

Before joining forces with Blueshift, Neil was head of the client service team at Threshold Sports (a mass participation outdoor event company) and before that spent 6 years at Carat Sponsorship, where he grow the sport and event sponsorship and experiential team from 2 people into a highly profitable department. Across these agencies he has done strategic sponsorship work for business as diverse as British Gas, Nokia, Danone (Evian), The Department of Transport, Royal Mail, Guinness, British Cycling, Geo Mission and Halifax Bank Of Scotland.

Working inside a media agency Neil had to fight sponsorship’s corner versus traditional media and make sure campaigns were fully integrated into wider plans, making him very familiar with all facets of brand and marcomms planning and a big fan of insight as a key tool in developing strategy and direction for projects and campaigns.

Knowing what an incredibly powerful force for good sport can be, Neil wants to harness this power to promote a more sustainable future and is now committed to helping sports rights holder and sponsors think more sustainably. To this end Neil is trained in the implementation of BS8901, the sustainable event management system.
